Principle
We process personal data exclusively on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). This website uses no cookies and no cross-site tracking. Fonts are served from our own server; there is no connection to Google servers.
Server log files
When you visit the website, the hosting provider stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser). This is based on our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short time.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email or via the enquiry form, we process your details (name, contact details, project location, message) to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is not passed on without your consent and is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply. To deliver enquiries from the form to our mailbox we use the email service Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR).
Protection against abuse
To protect the enquiry form against automated spam, we briefly process your IP address (to limit the number of requests per period) and a technical one-time token when you submit it. This data is held in memory only, not stored permanently and discarded after 24 hours at the latest. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics)
To understand which pages are visited, we use Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). No cookies are set and no user profiles are created. Only anonymous data such as the page visited, referring page, country, device type and browser is collected. Visitors are not recognised: for counting, a hash is derived from the request that changes daily and is discarded after 24 hours. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Please contact office@am-outdoorsolutions.com. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: www.dsb.gv.at.
